Age Access Disclaimer: Dylom Trip Journal is dedicated exclusively to adult users aged eighteen (18) years or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing, registering an account, uploading travel photos, creating text journals and any other internal service functions. The operator does not collect, store or process any personal information belonging to minors. Any unauthorized access by underage users shall be deemed a violation of this policy, and the corresponding legal liabilities shall be borne entirely by the user.

0. Preamble

This Privacy Policy defines the data processing standards, protection measures and user rights applicable to Dylom, a travel journal application that enables users to archive travel photographs, record travel notes and preserve precious travel memories. This policy constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement between the platform operator (collectively referred to as “Us”, “Our”) and registered end users (referred to as “You”, “User”). Your continued use of the application shall constitute your voluntary acceptance of every term contained herein.

1. Service & Data Collection Scope

We strictly follow the data minimization principle and only collect essential data required to operate core travel journal functions. We will never gather sensitive personal data without your explicit voluntary consent. The data processed by our platform is categorized into two types:

1.1 User-Generated Travel Content

Refers to all original content actively created and submitted by you, including travel scenery photos, destination snapshots, uploaded itinerary pictures, customized travel texts, daily journey notes, location tags added manually and other journal-related content. All travel content is privately owned by the creator.

1.2 Passive Anonymous Usage Data

Anonymous technical data automatically collected to maintain application stability and optimize user experience, including device specifications, app opening records, journal editing frequency, functional error logs and crash feedback. Such data is fully anonymized and cannot be used to identify any individual user.

2. Authorization Rules & Data Usage Purpose

You grant us a limited, non-transferable, service-oriented authorization to process your travel photos and journal texts merely for the purpose of delivering complete travel recording services. All collected data will not be traded, rented or leased to third parties for commercial marketing purposes under any circumstances without your written approval.

Our authorized usage scope is limited to: storing and displaying your exclusive travel journals and photos; supporting content editing, sorting, previewing and local export functions; repairing software bugs and optimizing interactive experience; analyzing anonymous usage data to iterate core journal functions; fulfilling statutory compliance obligations in response to official legal requests.

3. Data Storage Framework & Permanent Deletion Mechanism

To safeguard the privacy of your exclusive travel memories, we adopt a dual storage mode combining local offline storage and optional encrypted cloud backup:

All travel photos and journal entries are stored locally on your mobile device by default, and you hold absolute ownership and control over local data. The encrypted cloud backup is an optional independent function. Once activated, your journal content will be encrypted before cloud transmission and stored in an isolated private cloud node. Only you have the decryption permission to view and manage cloud data.

You may delete single photos, independent journal entries or clear all stored content at any time. Upon deletion, data will be permanently erased from local devices and cloud servers with no residual backups. Anonymous technical usage data will be systematically cleared every 25 days to reduce operational storage risks.

4. User Autonomous Rights

As the sole owner of all travel journal content, you enjoy comprehensive data governance rights throughout the service cycle. You are entitled to view, edit, classify and reorganize all uploaded travel photos and written notes; export journal content to your device in available formats; enable or disable cloud backup services at your own discretion; withdraw data processing authorization and terminate platform service access permanently. We will not charge any additional fees for the execution of the above user rights.

5. Third-Party Participation & Information Disclosure

Dylom maintains a zero-commercial-sharing policy for user’s private travel content. We will never disclose users’ original photos and private travel notes to any external enterprises, organizations or individuals for profit-making or non-profit purposes.

Data disclosure is only permitted under mandatory statutory scenarios: responding to valid judicial subpoenas, administrative investigation orders issued by authorized government departments; eliminating imminent safety hazards to users, the public or platform assets; implementing emergency measures required by applicable laws and regulations. Any third-party cloud service partners must sign strict confidentiality agreements before accessing partial data, and we will bear joint responsibility for data leakage caused by partner violations.

6. User Code of Conduct

When utilizing Dylom’s travel journal service, users must comply with global cyber security laws and related regulatory provisions. Users are prohibited from uploading and publishing content involving illegal activities, violent elements, pornographic information, discriminatory remarks, and any content that infringes the copyright, portrait right and privacy right of third parties. All legal liabilities arising from illegal content uploads shall be borne independently by the relevant user.

7. Policy Revision & Notification Channel

The platform operator reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy based on service function iteration, cloud security upgrade and legal policy adjustments. The updated policy will be published on the dedicated privacy page inside Dylom, with the latest update date marked conspicuously. Your continued use of travel journal functions after policy updates takes effect represents your acceptance of revised terms.

8. Dispute Resolution Supplementary Clause

Any disputes arising from the interpretation and implementation of this policy shall be settled through priority email communication between both parties. If bilateral consultation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the judicial authority where the platform operator is located for final arbitration. If any individual clause of this policy is ruled invalid due to legal adjustments, the validity of remaining clauses shall not be affected.
